Shipping within Australia

All shipping is with Australia Post.

Free express insured delivery within Australia for jewellery orders over $200.

For all other items the postage charges within Australia are $13 standard and $18 express.

For all items that will go in an envelope the postage charges are $4.

The tracking number will be included by email with your purchase, so your item can be tracked online at auspost.com.au/track. 

International shipping 

Rates by order size:

$0 - 1,000 = $55
$1,000 - 2,000 = $75
$2000 and above = $100

All international orders will be posted by insured air mail. A tracking number will be provided to you on dispatch.

Shipping times may be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Most deliveries will arrive in 3-6 weeks.

Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging and gifts

Items will be packed thoroughly to ensure there is no damage while your item is being delivered to you.
